Join us for Gentle DDP Yoga designed for all levels and all walks of life. DDP Yoga is a fitness program that combines Yoga, calisthenics, sports rehabilitation therapy, and dynamic resistance. It was developed by Diamond Dallas Page (DDP), a former wrestler who ruptured his spinal discs and began practicing Yoga during his rehabilitation. Led by former WWE Wrestler Bobby Fish, this is not your average Yoga class!
Join us for DDP Yoga Kettlebell Flow designed for all levels and all walks of life. DDP Yoga Kettlebell Flow combines Yoga postures with body weight and physical therapy adapted positions and an additional light kettlebell flow to both lengthen & strengthen ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue, increasing lean muscle mass and its' ability to function in a full range of motion. Led by former WWE wrestler Bobby Fish, this is not your average Yoga or Fitness class!
This Yin inspired flow is focused on restorative and healing postures. Students will hold deep, healing stretches for an average of 3-5 minutes to receive the most relaxing benefits. Slow Flow and Meditation includes an extended Savasana in which students will be led through meditation before walking into the rest of their day a more relaxed and invigorated version of themselves.
