At NSB Studios, our mission is to provide unique YOGA & Fitness classes that are accessible to everyone. We believe that any form of exercise can help improve physical and mental health, and we are committed to making it available to all. Donation based classes available monthly. Our unique blend of local Instructors offer a variety of affordable classes & workshops to elevate your fitness routine.

We’ll guide you through fluid sequences, teaching you how to transition effortlessly between poses, all while staying connected to the rhythm of your body and breath. Join us for a Women's Gathering and a heartfelt experience of connection—to the Earth, to each other, and to the nature within. Hosted by Melissa (Delady) and Camila Condor, this sacred circle will begin with a grounding cacao ceremony—an invitation to slow down, open the heart, and arrive fully in the present moment. Cacao sourced ethically and sustainably from Colombia -

From there, we’ll journey into a sound weaving experience, where we’ll use live looping to co-create a sonic landscape inspired by the natural world. Live looping is a collaborative, improvisational practice where layers of sound—created through voice, rhythm, and breath—are recorded in real time and played back in loops. As each voice adds its own layer, we build an evolving tapestry of sound, created entirely from within the circle. We will later receive a recording of the collaborative soundscape to keep this moment of connection and expression alive eternally forever.
Together, we will embody the elements, call in the energies of the Earth, and remember the medicine of our voices. This space is an invitation to listen deeply, express freely, and reconnect with the truth that we are nature.
We will have some delicious organic fruit after the ceremony and sound weaving; bring any sacred altar items you wish. (candles, crystals, photos, flowers, etc)
