Come fly with us! Designed for school aged children to Adults our LYRA (aerial hoop) classes focus on building foundational strength, technique, and graceful movement in the air. We’ll guide you through fluid sequences, teaching you how to transition effortlessly between poses, all while staying connected to the rhythm of your body and breath. Beginner's to advanced Aerial Artists welcome! Our experienced LYRA Instructors offer a perfect mix of movement exploration and progressive instruction.
